There's no place like home for Bayside, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Salem Sundevils on Tuesday. The Marlins haven't had any issues with the Sundevils recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Bayside never let Salem on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-23, 25-19.

Bayside now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Salem, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Bayside will take on rival Landstown at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Salem is set to challenge their familiar foe First Colonial at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
