Pierre T.F. Riggs posted their closest victory since January 23, 2024 on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Yankton Bucks/Gazelles, sneaking past 49-47. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Governors also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Pierre T.F. Riggs' win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Yankton, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-12 record this season.

Pierre T.F. Riggs has already played their next match (against Huron), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Yankton will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Stevens at 8:00 p.m. on February 14th.
