The Northside Panthers can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 64-45 victory over Scarborough. The win was just what Northside needed coming off of a 79-56 loss in their prior matchup.

keith Wilson was his usual excellent self, scoring 27 points along with five assists. That makes it 13 consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Northside's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jerryus Mathews, who scored 12 points.

Northside's victory bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Scarborough, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northside and North Forest will face off at 1:30 p.m. on December 22nd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Scarborough is on the road again on Friday and play against Houston Math Science & Tech at 1:30 p.m. on December 22nd. Houston Math Science & Tech is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.
