The Bellmont Braves will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against the Fort Recovery Indians at 10:00 a.m. Fort Recovery took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Bellmont, who comes in off a win.
Last Thursday, Bellmont made easy work of Leo and carried off a 3-0 win.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-23, 25-18.
Katie Mills went supernova for Bellmont, getting 22 digs. Mills is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in the last four games she's played dating back to last season.
Meanwhile, Fort Recovery lost 3-0 to New Knoxville on Thursday.
While Fort Recovery had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-19, 25-22.
Bellmont's victory bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Fort Recovery, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.
