Soccer Game Preview: Chamblee vs. Lakeside + Official Tickets

The Chamblee Bulldogs will challenge the Lakeside Vikings at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Lakeside will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Chamblee extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday. Chamblee's defense stepped up to hand Tri-Cities a 10-0 shutout. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Chamblee's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 52nd, while Tri-Cities is ranked 259th).

Meanwhile, Lakeside made easy work of Arabia Mountain on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 win.

Chamblee's victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Lakeside, their win bumped their record up to 4-6.

Chamblee beat Lakeside by a goal in their previous meeting back in March of 2025, winning 3-2. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Vikings have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
