Softball Recap: Dimond Lynx vs. Bartlett Golden Bears
On Tuesday, Dimond faced Bartlett in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Dimond Lynx narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Bartlett Golden Bears 8-7. The win was familiar territory for Dimond who now have four in a row.
Aubree Ogee made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out eight batters over six innings while giving up five earned (and two unearned) runs off nine hits (and not a single walk). Ogee was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
