            West Florida has won four straight games at home, while Foley has won four straight on the road dating back to last season, but those streaks won't matter much  on Monday. A feisty cat fight will be fought when  the West Florida Jaguars  face off against   the Foley Lions at 6:00  p.m. Both come into the  contest bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
West Florida will bounce into Monday's   game after  beating Choctawhatchee, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. West Florida secured  a  48-43 W over Choctawhatchee on Friday.
West Florida can attribute much of their success to  Kamora Harris, who  dropped  a double-double on 13  points and 12  boards. The team also got some help courtesy of  Shania Beeks, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on nine points and nine  assists.
 West Florida  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 15  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least eight  offensive boards in nine consecutive  matches.
 Meanwhile, Foley beat Pensacola 54-47  on Thursday. Given the Lions' advantage  in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states  (they are ranked eighth in Alabama, while the Tigers are ranked 55th in Florida), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 West Florida's victory bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Foley, their win bumped their record up to 13-0.
