Baseball Preview: Golden Sierra Grizzlies vs. Gustine Reds
The Golden Sierra Grizzlies are taking a road trip to square off against the Gustine Reds at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Golden Sierra took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 win over Vacaville Christian. The victory was some much needed relief for the Grizzlies as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Ethan Caruthers made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over 6.2 innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits.
