Baseball Recap: Saks Comes Up Short

Saks was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They came up short against the Randolph County Tigers, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-2 on Thursday.

Saks' loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Randolph County, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-17.

While Saks had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
