Ryen Diaz turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than six strikeouts on Monday. He tossed seven innings while giving up just one earned run off seven hits. He was up against Northridge and has quite the history against that squad, as he also had a great game the last time he faced them back in April of 2024. Diaz has become a key player for Goshen: the team is 3-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 8-12 otherwise.

Coming up, Diaz and Goshen will challenge Penn at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The RedHawks haven't beaten the Kingsmen recently, having gone 0-4 since May of 2017.
