Volleyball Recap: Brodhead Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Brodhead waltzed into their match on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Evansville Blue Devils 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Brodhead was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-17, 25-16.

Among those leading the charge was Karli Krumwiede, who had eight aces and four digs. Those eight aces gave her a new career-high.

Krumwiede wasn't the only good servers: Brodhead was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 22 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Brodhead's record now sits at 27-9. As for Evansville, they dropped their record down to 8-15 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Brodhead does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Evansville, they will head out to challenge Platteville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
