Burlington skates past Colorado Springs School with ease

The Burlington Cougars scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 88-13 win over Colorado Springs School at home. The win was nothing new for Burlington as they're now sitting on six straight.

Kiyarra Williams continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a triple-double on 28 points, 13 rebounds, and ten steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Trinitee Holmes, who scored 16 points along with six assists and five steals.

Burlington pushed their record up to 8-3 with that win, which was their third straight at home. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 40.67 points. As for Colorado Springs School, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Burlington will head out on the road to challenge Flagler at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Colorado Springs School, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Limon at 5:30 p.m.
