Volleyball Recap: Washington Tech Takes a Loss

Washington Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Humboldt Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on September 13th.

Washington Tech now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Humboldt, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 9-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Washington Tech will challenge Harding at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Humboldt, they will head out to take on North Lakes Academy at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
