Volleyball Recap: Manchester West Comes Up Short

Manchester West lost against Winnisquam back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Blue Knights fell just short of the Bears by a score of 3-2. The Blue Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Manchester West's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Winnisquam, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-7 record this season.

Coincidentally, Manchester West and Winnisquam will both be playing Manchester Memorial the next time they take the court. The Blue Knights will host the Crusaders at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Bears will host them at 5:45 p.m. on the 20th.
