Flag Football Game Preview: Central Red Devils vs. Spanish Fort Toros

The Central Red Devils will take on the Spanish Fort Toros at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Central knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past eight contests -- so hopefully Spanish Fort likes a good challenge.

Central is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 52-0 victory over Northridge. The Red Devils' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a point in their last six games.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Spanish Fort). Their defense stepped up to hand Theodore a 26-0 shutout on Tuesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

The victory got Spanish Fort back to even at 3-3. As for Central, their win bumped their record up to 16-0.
