Flag Football Recap: Mary Persons Gets the Win

Mary Persons got themselves on the board against Southwest on Wednesday, but Southwest never followed suit. They managed a 6-0 victory over the Patriots. The Bulldogs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Patriots, too.

Mary Persons' first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Southwest, they dropped their record down to 4-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Mary Persons is set to take on their familiar foe Rutland at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Southwest will square off against rival Howard at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
