Basketball Recap: Fox Creek Takes a Loss

After flying high against McCormick last Tuesday, Fox Creek came back down to earth. The Fox Creek Predators fell 53-43 to the Aiken Fighting Green Hornets on Friday.

Despite the loss, Fox Creek still got an impressive performance from Mia Price, who posted 14 points and five boards. Price has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Jada Jennings, who put up eight points.

Fox Creek's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Aiken, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-1.

Fox Creek didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 78-22 defeat against Thomson on the 7th. As for Aiken, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 34-29 loss against Irmo on the 9th.
