Basketball Recap: Alabama School for the Deaf Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three games, Alabama School for the Deaf finally came back down to earth on Monday. They took a blow against the Winterboro Bulldogs, falling 72-27. The contest marked the Silent Warriors' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Alabama School for the Deaf dropped their record down to 3-2 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Alabama School for the Deaf won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Jacksonville Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Winterboro, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Sylacauga at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
