Basketball Recap: Milton Hershey Finds Home Court Redemption Against Spring Grove

There's no place like home for Milton Hershey, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They secured a 51-45 W over the Spring Grove Rockets on Thursday. Given the Spartans' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 131st, while the Rockets are ranked 294th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Spring Grove's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ky'Sier Ludvig, who posted seven points and three steals. That's the most steals Ludvig has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Dominick Pierre, who had five points and seven rebounds.

Milton Hershey's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Spring Grove, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-15.

As of now, neither Milton Hershey nor Spring Grove have any future games scheduled.
