Council Rock North made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Pennsbury, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Indians' pitchers stepped up to hand the Falcons an 8-0 shutout on Thursday. Considering the Indians have won six contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Council Rock North's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-2. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.4 runs over those games. As for Pennsbury, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
