There's no place like home for Georgetown, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They claimed a resounding 61-26 win over the Clermont Northeastern Rockets. The G-Men's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Among those leading the charge was Morgan Preston, who posted ten points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Liv Tracy, who had eight points.

Georgetown smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in four consecutive matches.

Georgetown's victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-4. As for Clermont Northeastern, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-4.

The future could be bright for both Georgetown and Clermont Northeastern: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Georgetown will try to hand Manchester their fourth-straight defeat when the two meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Similarly, Clermont Northeastern will try to hand Clark Montessori their third-straight loss when the two meet at 7:30 p.m. on December 27th.
