It was a good run, but Mountain Iron-Buhl unfortunately witnessed the end of their 12-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 70-50 to the Nevis Tigers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Rangers have suffered since December 2, 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Mountain Iron-Buhl lost, don't look at Tj Duchamp. Despite the final result, he went 8 for 18 on his way to 25 points. Duchamp's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Chris King, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine boards.

Mountain Iron-Buhl's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-2. As for Nevis, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-2.
