Salpointe Catholic won the last time they faced Walden Grove and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Lancers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Red Wolves. The victory was nothing new for the Lancers as they're now sitting on three straight.

Salpointe Catholic was led to victory by Adrianna Kynaston and Caitlin Hurley. Kynaston had 12 digs and five aces, while Hurley had 15 assists. That's the most digs Kynaston has posted since back in November of 2024.

They weren't the only good servers: Salpointe Catholic was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in three consecutive matchups.

Salpointe Catholic's win bumped their record up to 20-4. As for Walden Grove, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-9.

Coming up, Salpointe Catholic will be taking part in a tournament against Assumption at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Walden Grove, they will face off against Mica Mountain at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
