Basketball Game Preview: Seattle Prep Panthers vs. Bellevue Wolverines

Having just played yesterday, the Seattle Prep Panthers will jump right back in to play the Bellevue Wolverines at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Seattle Prep knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Bellevue likes a good challenge.

Seattle Prep heads in on the heels of a playoff matchup on Thursday. They came up short against Rainier Beach, falling 99-75. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Bellevue faced Garfield in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. Bellevue took a 70-54 bruising from Garfield. The loss continues a trend for the Wolverines in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost six in a row.

Seattle Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 19-11. As for Bellevue, their loss dropped their record down to 23-7.

Seattle Prep came up short against Bellevue in their previous matchup two weeks ago, falling 64-53. Can Seattle Prep avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
