Volleyball Recap: Pope's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Pope entered their tilt with Campbell on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Spartans. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Greyhounds also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2020.

Lynden Harvey paced Pope's offense, picking up six kills. Harvey got some help from Jahan Lalli and her 20 assists. Lauren Cooling controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Pope's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Campbell, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.

Pope wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Marietta on the 23rd. As for Campbell, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Kell on the 23rd.
