Basketball Preview: Northridge Raiders vs. Fairfield Falcons
The Northridge Raiders are taking a road trip to take on the Fairfield Falcons at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Northridge has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 178 points over their last three games.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fairfield). They took their matchup on Saturday with ease, bagging a 54-9 win over Goshen. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Falcons.
Fairfield's victory was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1. Those victories were due in large part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.2 points per game. As for Northridge, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Northridge beat Fairfield 38-25 in their previous meeting back in November of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Northridge since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
