Palo Verde Valley hasn't had much luck against Central recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Yellow Jackets are taking a road trip to challenge the Spartans at 7:00 p.m. Palo Verde Valley will be strutting in after a victory while Central will be coming in after a loss.

Palo Verde Valley came out on top against Brawley on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run third inning. The Yellow Jackets sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 10-8 win over the Wildcats. Dominic Rios was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and two runs. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Demetrius Johnson, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
