The home team had come away the winner the last seven times Paoli and Orleans had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Rams came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 7-2 on Monday. With that win, the Rams brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.

Tyler Hannon made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-4. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two).

In other batting news, Garrett Hickman was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Raleigh Klunk, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

The victory got Paoli back to even at 2-2. As for Orleans, they dropped their record down to 0-4 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Paoli will welcome Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Orleans, they will head out on the road to square off against North Harrison at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
