While Rye was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Del Norte's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-20, 25-21.
Isabella Bond paced Rye's offense, picking up 15 kills. Bond got some help from

Rye's loss dropped their record down to 22-6. As for Del Norte, their record now sits at 22-3.
