Volleyball Recap: Arkansas Comes Up Short

Arkansas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hooks Hornets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 last Friday.

Arkansas' loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Hooks, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season.

Arkansas will take on Nevada at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hooks, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Bowie on the 30th.
