Basketball Recap: Darrington Victorious

Darrington won the last time they faced Crosspoint and things went their way on Saturday too. The Darrington Loggers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Crosspoint Wildcats, sneaking past 67-65. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Loggers.

Darrington's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-4. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.7 points per game. As for Crosspoint, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Darrington will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Lake Quinault at 5:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Crosspoint, they will head out to challenge Concordia Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on December 28th.
