Volleyball Recap: Greeley Comes Up Short

Greeley had to start their season on the road on Saturday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cornwall Central Dragons. If the Quakers were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to the Dragons when the teams met back in November of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The victory keeps Cornwall Central at an undefeated 11-0.

Looking ahead, Greeley will square off against Byram Hills at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cornwall Central, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Massapequa on the 6th.
