Basketball Recap: Junction City/St. Xavier Comes Up Short

Junction City/St. Xavier was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 45-20 to the Emporia Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 48-21 back in February.

Junction City/St. Xavier's record is now 1-9-1. As for Emporia, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-14-3.

As of now, neither Junction City/St. Xavier nor Emporia have any future games scheduled.
