Baseball Recap: Pacific Comes Up Short

If Pacific was riding high fresh off their 8-0 takedown of New Haven on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Indians came up short against the Rolla Bulldogs on Tuesday, falling 8-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Indians in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost three in a row.

Pacific now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Rolla, their win bumped their record up to 9-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pacific will welcome St. James at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rolla, they will take on Blair Oaks at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Falcons will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight.
