Recap: Burlingame Panthers vs. Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS

The Burlingame Panthers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their fifth straight defeat. They took a 53-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of Hillsdale. Burlingame was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Hillsdale apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.

Despite the loss, Burlingame still got an impressive performance from Alain Kazarian, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Marcus Tapia was another key contributor, scoring nine points.

Burlingame has traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season. As for Hillsdale, their win ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-13.

Burlingame didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 45-42 defeat vs. Half Moon Bay on the 9th. Hillsdale has also already played their next game, a 63-50 loss against Carlmont on the 9th.
