Softball Recap: Big Spring Comes Up Short

The Big Spring Bulldogs came up short against the Upper Dauphin Area Trojans on Saturday and fell 9-5. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Victoria Rinaldi made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while going 2-for-3. Izzy Fry was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

Big Spring now has a losing record of 1-2.

Big Spring and Upper Dauphin Area will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. Big Spring is set to challenge their familiar foe West Perry at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Upper Dauphin Area will take on rival Halifax at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
