Basketball Recap: Shelby Takes a Loss

Shelby lost against Fairfield back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Shelby Coyotes lost 54-30 to the Fairfield Eagles. The matchup marked the Coyotes' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Shelby's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Fairfield, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

While Shelby had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Saturday.
