Volleyball Recap: Milton Extends Winning Streak to Four

Milton came tearing into Saturday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the W.S. Neal Eagles. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2021.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Milton took both sets by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-13.

Ashley Cauley paced Milton's offense, picking up eight kills. Cauley got some help from Emma Messer and her 22 assists. Cauley also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Harmony Taliancich, each putting up two.

Milton's victory bumped their record up to 10-12. As for W.S. Neal, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.

Milton has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Central on the 4th. As for W.S. Neal, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Blacksher on the 7th.
