Volleyball Recap: Griswold Comes Up Short

Griswold was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Pine Eagle Spartans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Grizzlies of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Griswold's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Pine Eagle, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-7 record this season.

Griswold didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Condon on the 27th. As for Pine Eagle, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Pilot Rock on the 27th.
