Recap: Rio Vista Rams vs. San Juan Spartans
In what's become a running theme this season, the Rio Vista Rams gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They blew past San Juan 77-16 at home. While fans of Rio Vista might be used to big wins, the 61-point margin marked the team's biggest win yet this season.
Ashlynd Rhett continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 22 points and 14 rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last 11 games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Perkins, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 14 rebounds.
Rio Vista used a slightly different lineup for their bout with San Juan. And. Jesse Zucha made the most of the opportunity, scoring four points. A few more games like that and he might be seeing even more time going forward.
Rio Vista has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season. As for San Juan, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-20.
Rio Vista does not have any more games scheduled as of now. San Juan also has no future games currently scheduled.
