League recap: Unatego rises, Greene falls in league standings

Unatego made the biggest jump in the standings this week, moving from seventh to third place in the league thanks to a 2-2 record over the past seven days. Meanwhile, Greene fell hardest in the standings, dropping from fourth all the way to sixth place after going 1-2 in the past week. Unadilla Valley (6-1, 2-0) is the No. 1 team in Section 4 Midstate I.

Dalton Kaminsky was the best pitcher in the league this week. He won zero games and struck out four batters.

Walton's pitching staff dominated this week, allowing only 11 hits and 12 walks, both of which led the league. The Warriors' pitchers have been charged with only 112 hits and have struck out 80 batters. Kaminsky is tops on the staff with 24 Ks.
