Basketball Game Preview: Bangs Dragons vs. Miles Bulldogs

The Bangs Dragons will head out to take on the Miles Bulldogs at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Bangs is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

Last Friday, Bangs came up short against Ballinger and fell 44-36.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Miles). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Coleman 56-24. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Miles is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.2 points per game. As for Bangs, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11.

Bangs ended up a good deal behind Miles in their previous meeting back in January, losing 43-27. Can Bangs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
