Softball Recap: Graceville Comes Up Short

Graceville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 20-2 to the Bay Tornadoes.

Graceville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Bay, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-6.

Coming up, Graceville will host Ponce De Leon at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers are facing the Pirates at the right time seeing as the Pirates are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Bay, they will square off against Vernon at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The Yellowjackets have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.33 runs per game on average), something the Tornadoes will no doubt try to take advantage of.
