On Tuesday Andrew Iannusa tossed two innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits, which was good enough to also set a new career-high in strikeouts. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his seventh in a row with less than one walk. On the season, he has an ERA of 2.80 over 10 innings pitched.

Even though Iannusa couldn't lead St. Paul over Ponchatoula, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are at an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2018, but likely not for long.
