Basketball Recap: Grant Extends Road Winning Streak to Three

Grant won the last time they faced Kennedy and things went their way on Friday too. The Grant Pacers came out on top against the Kennedy Cougars by a score of 53-42.

Kennedy's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Clif Chandler-Manning, who posted 13 points. Another player making a difference was Aharon Young, who had 12 points.

Grant pushed their record up to 15-8 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Kennedy, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-9 record this season.

Grant will venture away from home to take on Lodi at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Kennedy, they will host Aspire Langston Hughes Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
