Rudolf Steiner had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hope Christian Academy Hawks. The Storm haven't had any issues with the Hawks recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rudolf Steiner will head out to face off against Wixom Christian at 5:30 p.m. on September 5. After both having extra time off, Hope Christian Academy and Southfield Christian will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 18 consecutive losses dating back to last season for the Hawks and three for the Eagles.
