Volleyball Recap: Orange Comes Up Short

On Thursday, the Orange Panthers came up short against the Seaforth Hawks and fell 3-1.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Seaforth scored at least 17 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 18-25, 25-22, 25-17.

Orange's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Seaforth, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Orange Panthers face off against Chapel Hill Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Seaforth, they will face off against Jordan-Matthews at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
