Basketball Recap: Giles County Comes Up Short

Giles County was the 41-40 winner over Central Magnet when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Giles County Bobcats took a 41-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of Central Magnet. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Giles County's record now sits at 12-11. As for Central Magnet, their victory bumped their record up to 8-17.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Bobcats face off against the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Central Magnet, they will head out to challenge Lawrence County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
