Volleyball Recap: Hilton Takes a Loss

Hilton had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Chautauqua Lake Eagles by a score of 1-0 on Monday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cadets of the 1-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2022.

The victory keeps Chautauqua Lake at an undefeated 6-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hilton will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Rush-Henrietta at 6:45 p.m. on September 4. As for Chautauqua Lake, they will face off against Falconer at 6:30 p.m. on September 2.
