Soccer Recap: Grand Rapids Comes Up Short

Grand Rapids lost against Esko back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Thunderhawks fell 2-0 to the Eskomos. Grand Rapids have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grand Rapids' defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Esko, their win bumped their record up to 5-0.

Coming up, Grand Rapids will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Proctor at 7:00 p.m. As for Esko, they will venture away from home to take on Hermantown at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hermantown's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Esko's offense will have their work cut out for them.
